FEDERALS EVACUATE A CITY. RESTLESSNESS AMONG INSURGENTS. Mexico City, May 20. The Fednrals evacuated Cuaulla after four days’ fighting. The rebels lost 100 killed and wounded. Restlessness is noticeable among I lie rebels owing to the delay in the peace announcement. MADERO SETS OFF. Mexico Madcro lias left Juarez for Mexico City to complete peace arrangements. The armistice ninv be extended for ten davs.
