NEW RATION BOOKS— The fifth series of new ration books will be issued at the Chief Post Office, Inver- ! cargill, from Monday, October 15. The food coupons in the existing books expire on October 28 and coupons in the new books become available from October 29. Applications for new books must be supported by the fourth series ration book and the current levy book of applicants over 16 years of age.
