NEW REFUSE CONTAINERS.— “One dozen wirebaskets are on order for refuse containers for use in the streets, and the city inspector has been authorized to remove the present containers, which are now in a dilapidated condition,” stated a clause in the report of the Works Committee, presented to the City Council.
