PROFESSOR SHELLEY TO VISIT WASHINGTON
(Rec. 10 p.m.) WASHINGTON, April 7. The New Zealand Legation announced that Professor James Shelley, the New Zealand Director of - Broadcasting, will visit Washington next week. / Professor Shelley is returning from a conference of broadcasting officials in London. He will confer with United States official executives of radio and television companies. Professor Shelley is accompanied by Mr J. R. Smith, chief engineer of the New Zealand National Broadcasting Service.
