BOUNDARY COMMISSION..— A boundary commission, which may redraw the map of England and Wales, is proposed in a White Paper on local government during the period of reconstruction, issued by the Ministry of Health. The task of the commission would be to examine all local authorities in the areas and see whether their boundaries were suited to modern conditions and the needs of the postwar neriod. (London.)
