DANCING BANNED.— The Paris police have banned dancing in cabarets, night clubs, dance halls and bars because of the bad effect on morale at a time when there are 3,000,000 French war prisoners and thousands of men dying in battle. Dancing will be permitted in Allied service clubs. (London).
