The contributors include Francis Jackson, who fought in Greece, Crete and North Africa and wrote “Passage to Tobruk,” G. N. Norris, described as New Zealand’s leading authority on Katherine Mansfield, J. G. McLean, who records some memories of the British Rugby team’s visit in 1930, Joyce West, a successful short story writer, and Paula Hanger, a young Wellington poet.
