HEALTH STAMP CAMPAIGN.— At present the Bluff Sea Rangers, under the leadership of Miss G. Wishart, are conducting a house-to-house canvas and already they have collected £lO by the sale of health stamps. The postmaster, Mr A. M. Wilson, reports that over the counter sales have been only fair.
