CHINESE ADVANCE IN KWANGSI
Pursuit Of Enemy Along Railway (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) CHUNGKING, Dec. 13. The Chinese High Command announces that Chinese forces pursuing the retreating Japanese along the Kwei-chow-Kwangsi railway, are now 15 miles from Hochin, in Kwangsi province. General Fang Hsien Chueh, commander of China’s 10th Army, has accused the Japanese of slaughtering thousands of Chinese prisoners after capturing Hengyang. General Fang, who escaped after defending Hengyang, said the Japanese ignored his appeals to abide by International Law.
