LICENSING TRUST
AGREEMENT WITH CROWN VALIDATED (Special) WELLINGTON, Dec. 12. An agreement between the Invercargill Licensing Trust and the Crown whereby it assisted the trust in making arrangements for the construction, alteration and renovation of premises to be used by the trust is validated by clauses in the Finance Bill introduced in the House of Representatives today. The agreement provided among other things for contracts to be let in the name of the Minister of Works and for various services to be given by the employees of the Crown, for all expenses incurred under the agreement to be met by the trust and for the proper securing to the Minister of the payments required to be made bv him.
