OIL CONCESSIONS IN PERSIA
(Rec. 9.30 p.m.) TEHERAN, Dec. 4. The Persian National Assembly approved a Bill prohibiting any Persian Minister from signing an agreement concerning oil concessions. Ministers can deliberate about selling petroleum and the administration of Persian oil deposits only provided they keep Parliament informed.
