(P.A.) DUNEDIN, October 2. In the Magistrate’s Court in Dunedin, Michael James Johns, a hawker, was fined £4 for a breach of the Price Control Regulations, the prosecution stating that country retailers had been complaining of his activities in selling rationed goods at excess prices without coupons.
