PERRIN.—Flight Lieutenant Desmond Palmer, D.F.C., No. 1 Squadron, Fighter Command. Royal Air Force, lost his life on air operations on September 10. 1944, dearly loved husband of Anna Perrin, “The Cairn, Coatbridge (Scotland) and only son of Margaret and Bert Perrin, Northend, Invercargill; aged 25 years. Requiescat in Pace. God knows best.
