ARMED FORCES APPEAL BOARD
Sitting In Invercargill
A sitting of the Southland Armed Forces Appeal Board was held in Invercargill yesterday. The board consisted of Messrs E. H. Murney (chairman), D. H. Cockburn and D. W. Stalker. Mr J. W. Hinchey was the representative of the Crown. The following appeals were decided:— Adjourned Sine Die.—New Zealand Railways for L. A. Radka, fireman; New Zealand Railways, Tuatapcre, for J. G. Allan (release recommmended if reservist not in A class).
