BRITAIN’S TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

Destinations Overseas

(Rec. 9 pjn.) LONDON, April 25. In addition to the restrictions on travel to Ireland, further severe restrictions have been imposed for military reasons on all travel from Britain to destinations other than Ireland. The Home Office announces that travel to all destinations overseas is being suspended except for business of urgent national importance which cannot be postponed. These restrictions will remain in force until further notice, but are temporary and vzill be relaxed as soon as military considerations permit.
