PRIMARY SCHOOLS CLOSE NEXT WEEK
All public primary and intermediate schools in Invercargill will be closed next week during the teachers’ refresher course, which will be held from Monday to Wednesday. On Thursday the teachers will attend a meeting of the Southland branch of the New Zealand Educational Institute. The schools will not reopen until after the Easter holidays.
