LETTERS TO ENEMY-OCCUPIED TERRITORY.— A new Red Cross inquiry form has been prepared for postal communication with civilians in enemy and enemy-occupied territory who are not interned. The use of the form ensures that the inquiry and a message of personal or family news up to 25 words will be passed by the New Zealand censor. The forms are available at all post offices. On completion by the writer the form is posted to the Prisoner of War Inquiry Office, 96 Tory street, Wellington. Enclosed with the form should be a 3d postage stamp to cover postage from New Zealand to Geneva and a 5d international reply coupon to cover postage from Geneva to the destination. The form should not be used for communicating with priosners of war or interned civilians. REPORTED SAFE.— Mrs H. Morton, Mataura Island, has received cabled advice that her husband, Driver H. Morton, is safe and well.
