HEAD OF INTELLIGENCE BUREAU RESIGNS
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, February 23. It was announced today that the resignation of Major K. Foulkes, head of the New Zealand Security Intelligence Bureau, had been accepted by the Government. Police Superintendent J. Cummings has been appointed temporarily to take charge of the organization.
