ARGENTINE AND AXIS
(Rec. 6.30 p.m.) BUENOS AIRES, Sept. 13. The Chamber of Deputies approved a resolution in favour of severing diplomatic relations with the Axis. However, the vote is unlikely to affect the Government’s neutrality policy. The Conservative Senate supports the President, Senor Ramon Castillo. Therefore it is not expected to act with the Chamber, where the coalition of Liberals holds the balance of power.
