McKechnie; treasurer and magazine secretary, Mrs W. Mayhew; honorary secretary, Mrs G. H. Greene; tea conveners, Mrs J. Peattie and Mrs A. Gibson; representative on Dominion Council for Southland, Mrs W. Mayhew; representative on executive committee in Dunedin, Mrs G. H. Hubbard. Miss June Campbell played two pianoforte solos.
