Schmidt, Pte H. B.; mother, Mrs V. E. Schmidt, Feilding. PREVIOUSLY REPORTED WOUNDED, NOW REPORTED NOT WOUNDED Jenyns, Pte F. J. T.; mother, Mrs S. Jenyns, Whangarei. SOUTHLAND SOLDIERS Two former members of the staff of The Southland Times, Privates A. S. Grant and T. R. Stewart, are safe and well in an Italian prison camp. In a note to a friend in Invercargill, Private Grant says that to help fill in the time he has taken a job as a medical orderly. “The Red Cross,” he writes, "is wonderful and does grand work in the way of parcels.” Mr and Mrs H. Anglem. Bluff, have received advice that their son Private W. 11. R. Anglem, who was recently wounded in the Middle East, has now been discharged from hospital. Private S. K. Robertson, reported wounded is the eldest son of Mr J. Robertson, of Bluff. He was born in Dunedin 25 years ago and was educated there and at Stewart Island. Before enlisting he was employed as a fisherman. Private D. B. Hamilton, reported wounded, is the third son of Mrs H. Hamilton, of Bluff. He was educated at the Bluff school and the Southland Boys’ High School. Before enlisting he was employed at the Southland Cool Stores. He is well known as a Rugby footballer and played for the Bluff senior team. Advice has been received that Gunner A. J. Harvey, who was reported wounded, is safe and well. AIR FORCE LIST (P.A.) WELLINGTON, August 21. The following R.N.Z.A.F. casualties were announced today:— Bentley, Flying Officer J. E. S., missing on operations; father, Mr A. J. E. Bentley, Christchurch.

Davis, Sgt R. F., missing on operations; mother. Mrs E. M. Davis, Outram. Henry, Sgt T. 8., slightly Injured In aircraft accident; father, Mr T. Henry, Auckland.

Barber, Sgt G., previously reported missing, now reclassified as missing believed killed; father, Mr G. Barber, Gisborne. Tait, Pilot Officer R. G., previously reported seriously injured, now removed from seriously injured list; father, Mr W. J. Tait, Wellington.
