ITALIAN SEAPLANE CAPTURED
(Rec. 9.40 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 10. Gunners at Malta were astonished to see a low-flying Italian seaplane approaching the island with a white handkerchief fluttering from the fuselage, says the Gibraltar correspondent of The Daily Express. Three New Zealand airmen clambered from the machine with five Italian airmen as prisoners. The New Zealanders were snot down in the Mediterranean the previous day and floated in a dinghy for 24 hours before they were sighted by an Italian seaplane, which picked them up as prisoners. While the seaplane was proceeding to its base one of the Italian aviators became violently sick. A/New Zealander knocked him out seized his pistol and forced the pilot to take the plane to Malta,
