PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Bluff Borough Council held on the 9th day of June, 1942, it was resolved by way of Special Order to make By-law No. 3,1942, the object and purport of which is as follows:— “To fix an annual charge, additional to the charge for water, in respect of each water closet connected to the Council’s drainage system.” Notice is also given that it is intended to confirm the said Resolution either with or without amendment as a SPECIAL ORDER at the Ordinary Meeting of the Bluff Borough Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Gore Street, Bluff, on Tuesday, 14th day of July, 1942, at 7.30 p.m., when the day upon which the said By-Law shall come into force will be fixed, the date proposed being the 22nd day of July, 1942.
