REMOVAL OF TRUSTEES SOUGHT

In the Supreme Court yesterday morning counsel for one of the defendants, George F. Inder (Mr H. E. Russell), in the action, heard on Tuesday, in which two of the beneficiaries in the estate of Samuel G. Inder, sought the removal of the trustees, stated that his client wished to retire from the office of trustee. “This action was taken in view of the obvious disharmony which exists,” said counsel, “and we leave it to the Court to appoint a new trustee.”

His Honour Mr Justice Kennedy noted the intimation.
