Fair Conditions (Special) WELLINGTON, March 3. Following is the special weather forecast for Southland issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington:— Moderate to fresh westerly winds; the weather fair; moderate temperatures. The weather at 1 o’clock this morning was cold and clear with a light southwest wind blowing. The barometer reading was 30.15 in (rising).
