SUPREME COURT

TUESDAY (Before his Honour Mr Justice Kennedy) On the application of Mr G. J. Reed, a decree nisi dissolving the marriage of Hugh Duncan and Elsie Gladys Duncan was made absolute. William Fetherston (Mr K. G. Roy) petitioned for a divorce from Elsie Isabel Fetherston. A decree nisi to be moved absolute after three months was granted. Ellen Turnbull Ward (Mr S. M. Macalister) petitioned for a divorce from Wallis Owen Ward. A decree nisi to be moved absolute after three months was ordered. Anzena Lillian McMillan (Mr H. E. Russell) petitioned for divorce from Frederick G. S. McMillan. His Hoonur granted a' decree nisi to. be moved absolute after three months. Stanislaus Ivan Orlowski (Mr S. M. Macalister) was granted a decree nisi dissolving his marriage with Janet Mildred Orlowski. John Murdoch Young (Mr G. J. Reid), husband of Joan Margarita Young, petitioned for restitution of conjugal rights. A decree for restitution was made.
