PARALYSED WOMAN ALONE ON FARM

HUSBAND KILLED BY BULL (P.A.) BLENHEIM, February 26. When her husband, Richard Norman Woodman, aged 61, was fatally gored by a bull on the farm at D’Urville Island, Mrs Woodman, who is completely paralysed, was left helpless and alone at the homestead from Monday until yesterday. The failure of Mr Woodman to answer the telephone led the French Pass postmaster to cross to the island, where he found Mr Woodman’s body floating near the beach.
