CHRISTMAS PARCELS FOR FORCES
Three letters from soldiers in the Middle East expressing their thanks for Christmas greetings and for parcels they had received, have been received by the secretary of the Southland Provincial Patriotic Council (Mr W. F. Sturman). One of the letters was from three patients in the Ist New Zealand General Hospital in the Middle East, one of the patients being a member of the Highland Light Infantry (Glasgow). The other two letters came from New. Zealanders.
