VON BRAUCHITSCH’S HEALTH

SATISFACTORY OPERATION REPORTED (Rec. 5.30 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 19. The German News Agency announced that Field-Marshal von Brauchitsch, former Commander-in-Chief of the German Army has undergone an operation, which, in spite of recent heart trouble, was satisfactory. He is now progressing towards recovery, but will have to undergo a long cure. Hitler sent best wishes for a speedy recovery.
