FIGHTING SOUTH-EAST OF TULA

(United Press Association—Telegraph Copyright) (.Rec. 12.55 a.m.) LONDON, November 26. The Russian people have been warned that the fierce and bloody battle which has been fought over the past 10 days will decide the fate of Moscow. It is reported that the Germans are now using half their armoured divisions in a desperate effort to take the Russian capital by storm. An attempt to outflank the Russians at Klin and Tula north and south of Moscow respectively, is being made by the Germans. Fighting is reported 30 miles south-east of Tula for the first time and in Tula itself a big battle is being fought for the railway station. The Germans are massed in an arc onethird of the way round Moscow, but undoubtedly the arc is growing smaller.
