CUBAN SUPPORT FOR UNITED STATES
(Rec. 11 p.m.) HAVANA, Nov. 22. The President, Colonel Fulgencio Batista, in a speech predicting that the United States would be in the war by next spring, added: “When the United States declares war Cuba will be the first nation to enter the war on her side.”
