BRITISH AND AMERICAN PARLIAMENTS
(8.0.W.) RUGBY, November 20. With the object of promoting goodwill and intercourse between members of the British Parliament and American Congress a meeting of members of the House of Commons and the House of Lords, representing all parties, decided to initiate the establishment of a Bri-tish-American Parliamentary committee. Colonel Walter Elliott, who is Director of Public Relations at the War Office, was appointed chairman.
