Military Drill: This will be taken by Sergeant-Major Sutton at the Drill Hall at 7 p.m. on Tuesday. Attendance at this drill is compulsory for members. Canteen Group: Will members of this group please assemble at tire motoi camp at 2 p.m. today when members of the works company will demonstrate field kitchens. Miss L. Barrett, Invercargill, was the week-end guest of Mrs W. Hamilton, Pcirlc strset* 'Mrs W. Price, Christchurch, is the guest of Mrs J. G. King, “The Bend.” Miss Joan Langford, Dunedin, has been the guest of her parents, Mr and Mrs W. J. Langford, South Hillend. Miss Marjorie Cowie has returned to her home at Browns after visiting friends at Woodlands. Mrs H. A. Pierce and Miss Anita Pierce, Park street, have returned from a visit to Christchurch. Mrs F. Boyle was a recent visitor to Christchurch. Mrs H. Lawrence, Tuatapere, was the recent guest of Mrs J. Lawrence, Great North Road. Mrs Al. Kean, Home street, spent a few days in Dunedin recently.
