TRAGEDY AT MOA FLAT

FLAXMAN’S CONDITION SATISFACTORY

There were no further developments in the Moa Flat tragedy yesterday, and investigations are being continued by the police. Two officers of the police were on guard at the scene on Wednesday night and they remained on guard again last night.

The condition of Charles Henry Flaxman was stated to be satisfactory yesterday, and it is not considered likely that he will remain in hospital for more than a few days.

The police state that it will probably be two or three days before any further developments occur.
