SAVOURY BISCUITS Here is a way to overcome the shortage of fancy biscuits and at the same time give an individual touch to your catering. Roll out Jib Fether-flake pastry fairly thin and leave for 15 minutes. Cut into small rounds. When cooked put two together with the following mixture: 2 hard-boiled eggs; 1 tablespoon butter; J teaspoon curry powder; J small onion finely chopped. Salt, pepper. Soften butter, mash up the eggs and mix all ingredients well together. Fether-flake is puff pastry, perfectly mixed and ready to roll out and is obtainable at all Ernest Adams’ Cake Shops and Agencies at lOd lb.—Advt.
