ITCHURCH, Nov. 14. The Canterbury Jockey Club’s Metropolitan meeting will be concluded at Riccarton, when the programme will be up to the high standard of the previous three days. The principal event will be the Metropolitan Handicap and a highclass field will be paraded. The Members’ Handicap has also drawn an attractive field headed by the Stewards’ Handicap winner, Not Out, and the third place getter, Leighnor. The best of the two-year-olds attending the meeting will be seen out in the Pioneer Handicap and a useful field of three-year-olds will contest the Stonyhurst Handicap. Unless rain falls in the meantime, and there was no indication of a change this evening, the track will be very fast.
