THURSDAY (Before Mr R. C. Abernethy, S.M.) Judgment for the plaintiffs by default was given in the following civil cases: Broad, Small Ltd. v. F. Butler £2/2/6, costs £l/3/6; Joseph Henry Shaw v. Ernest E. Clough, of Heriot, £9/5/8, costs £l/10/6; Aitchisons Ltd. v. Hugh Molloy, of Ohai, 13/-, costs 15/-; The Commissioner of Taxes v. Thomas Hugh Jenkin, £lO/6/9 (balance of claim), costs £l/10/-. On a judgment summons Raymond McLay was ordered to pay a debt of £5/13/- to H. Graye, in default six days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended so long as the debtor pays 5/- a week.
