SUMMONSES AGAINST NOEL COWARD
NO APPEARANCE MADE BY PLAYWRIGHT LONDON, October 25. Noel Coward did not appear at Mansion House in answer to summonses for alleged breaches of the Security Regulations. He is charged with purchasing 5000 dollars worth of United ( States treasury bonds in April without making a return to the Bank of England. He is also charged with owning other United States securities valued at £6194, of which no return was made to the bank. The proceedings were adjourned to November 6.
