WILLIAM FOX FACES CONSPIRACY CHARGE
(Rec. 6.30 p.m.) PHILADELPHIA, October 21. A United States District Court sentenced William Fox, former millionaire motion picture executive, to one year and a day’s imprisonment and fined him 3000 dollar.; on a charge of conspiracy to obstruct justice and defraud the Government. Counsel said an appeal to the Supreme Court would be made. Fox was released on bail amounting to 15,000 dollars.
