WRONG EATING CAUSES DISEASE
Scientific research has proved that to avoid the dietary results of obesity, high blood-pressure and degenerate diseases of the heart, blood, kidneys and from which over 50% of people die, we must-— Avoid excess acid-ash foods (meat, fish, eggs and cereals are all acid-ash foods, whilst vegetables and fruits generally are alkalining foods) —the proportion should be roughly 20% of acid-ash foods to 80% of alkalining foods.
