PLUNKET STREET DAY

A street day will be held in Invercargill on Friday to assist the funds of the Plunket Society. There will be stalls with flowers and produce in the main shopping areas and badges will be sold for a shilling. The value of the work being done by the Plunket Society in promoting the health and well-being of babies and their mothers is yearly becoming more evident and more widely recognized. The society is confident that this year the appreciation of the public will be shown as generously as ever.
