WET FRIDAYS: Wanganui is experiencing a unique meteorological phenomenon of a long run of wet Fridays, although neither the winter nor the spring has been unduly wet. Yesterday was the twenty-fifth successive Friday on which Wanganui had had rain. The sequence is believed to be unparalleled in the history of Wanganui and perhaps anywhere else in New Zealand—Press Association.
