DR NEGRIN FINED £2,500,000

(Rec. 6.30 p.m.) MADRID, Sept. 18. A political court sentenced Dr Juan Negrin, the former Prime Minister, who is at present in England, to 15 years’ exile and imposed a fine of £2,500,000, which is his entire fortune. It also recommended that he be deprived of citizenship.
