CONSCIENTIOUS OBJECTORS

I am quite aware that New Zealand is becoming godless. Letters of a godless nature appear in the correspondence columns day after day, showing the writer’s ignorance of God’s holy works. From Mr Graham’s letters, I judge him to be a man who knows what he is talking about, and I quite agree with him when he says that Providence did guide the evacuation from Dunkirk. In England persecution of Christians is unknown and every respect is shown to such people. For this reason the Lord would show some consideration, I feel sure. It is all very well to say it was the effort of the Navy alone, but if the weather had not continued favourable day after day until the evacuation was complete, disaster would have resulted. Never in the world’s history has the channel remained calm for so long a period at one time. As to the letter signed “Ens Rationis,” it contains nothing but blasphemy. I take it that the writer is an atheist, so I shall pass him by. At the same time I would not like to be in his shoes and meet the living God. The writing is now on the wall and all the Biblical prophecies are now fulfilled. Armageddon is at the door, the time when the Lord will destroy the evil doers and the world will then be ruled in righteousness. DISGUSTED.
