TODAY’S RECIPE
COLD MEAT PUDDING 2 oz suet, 2 oz breadcrumbs, lb cooked cold meat (chopped) ,■ 2 eggs, 1 onion, pepper, salt, boiling milk, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley, gravy. Boil eggs hard and cut into slices, soak breadcrumbs in boiling milk, chop onion and parsley, mix all ingredients well together) season to taste and bake in a basin or dish, for one hour. If baked in a pyrex or other suitable dish, it may be served in same. Serve good brown gravy separately.
