FRENCH POLITICIANS PROTEST
(Rec. 9.55 p.m.) LONDON. August 26. The correspondent of The Times on the French frontier says that members of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate appealed against their expulsion from Vichy on the ground that the Constitution provides that Parliament and the Government must function in the same tcwn.
