PERSONAL At the meeting of the Bluff Harbour Board yesterday Mr G. A. Wraytt was congratulated on his election as chairman of the Southland County Council. Sir Robert Anderson was congratulated yesterday at the Bluff Harbour Board’s meeting on the honour conferred on him by being made a Knight of Grace of the Order of St. John. Sir Robert said that at the next meeting of the board he would show members the regalia, which was a fine piece of craftmanship. GOLF The following is the draw for a flag match to be played at Bluff on Saturday:—McKillop and Newman; McKenzie and Murray; H. A. Ferguson and Parsons; Mason and Mitchell; Hunter and Wilsoh; Edwards and Lindqvist; Ross and Stewart; Morrison and Tait; Moon and Beaton; Moir and A. M. Ferguson; Bruce and J. H. Doyle. The following is the draw for a women’s stroke match to be played to-morrow:—-Miss Sinclair and Mrs Mason; Mrs Moir and Miss Fletcher; Miss Macdonald and Mrs McQuarrie; Mrs Newman and Miss Schofield; Miss Wishart and Mrs Bragg; Miss Newman and Mrs Waitiri; Miss McKillop and Miss Casey.
