BELFAST, May 23. The Prime Minister of Ulster, Mr James Andrews, has gone to London at the request of Mr Churchill to discuss conscription in Ulster.. The Daily Telegraph says that Ulster Ministers unanimously favour conscription. Before Mr Andrews departed the Unionist Council gave him a free hand.
