ULSTER’S GlFT.— Ulster’s contribution to the Imperial Exchequer next year’ will be £11,000,000. The Minister of Finance, announcing this in his Budget statement, said that last year the contribution was £6,000,000, but since then the estimates of reserved revenue raised for war purposes had increased by £6,500,000, which would be reflected in an increased Imperial contribution.
