WOMEN’S DIVISION
TUATAPERE.— The annual meeting was held in Davie’s Hall, Miss McEwan presiding over a fair attendance. It was decided that the following donations be made: £6, Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union executive, Invercargill; £5, Anzac night appeal, and £l, soldiers’ parcels. The election of officebearers resulted as follows:—President, Miss McEwan (re-elected); secretary, Mrs R. Erskine (re-elected); treasurer, Mrs R. Scott (re-elected); auditor, Mrs H. Norman; vice-presidents, Mesdames Norman, Harrison and Whyte; committee, Mesdames Sim, Curtin, Young and Miss C. McEwan; Press correspondent, Miss M. McKerchar.
